A Raleigh Legacy
Raleigh Coffee Company is built by a 5th-generation Raleigh native family who believes coffee should connect people — from farmers to roasters to the communities who drink it.
Founded in 2012, the company expanded in 2023, acquiring another local roaster and moving into a larger facility equipped with a 35-kilo roaster and triple the storage space. This upgrade allows them to source, roast, and distribute even more exceptional small-lot coffees across Raleigh, North Carolina, and the United States.

The Roasting Process
1. Selecting the Origin — soil health, climate, ethical growing practices, producer relationships.
2. Hand-Harvesting the Coffee Cherries — ripe cherries only, better flavor control.
3. Processing & Drying — washed, natural, or honey processed to specialty-grade standards.
4. Small-Batch Roasting in Raleigh — 35-kilo roaster, profile developed for clarity + depth, maximum freshness.
5. Delivered Weekly to Raleigh Raw — brewed fresh, zero additives, clean and functional.
