Why are your retail products available online only?

Our retail products are made specifically for customer orders rather than sitting on a shelf waiting to be purchased.

Ordering online allows us to prepare your items fresh and have them ready when you arrive.

Yes. Every retail item is made to order to help ensure you're receiving the freshest product possible.

Why do you make everything to order?

Because freshness matters. We believe you deserve products made for your kitchen, not products that have been sitting in storage waiting for someone to buy them.

How does pickup work?

Place your order through our online market, and we'll prepare it fresh for pickup at Raleigh Raw the next day.

Please give us a days notice.

Why can't I purchase retail products directly in the café?

Since everything is made to order, we prepare products based on customer orders rather than keeping inventory on hand.

This allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and reducing waste.

Can I place a large order?

Absolutely. We appreciate advance notice for larger orders so we can prepare everything fresh and have it ready when you need it.
